Srividya is a seasoned IT executive with over 20 years of experience leading complex programs and driving innovation across the federal sector. Beginning her career as a software developer, she quickly advanced into leadership roles, serving as a technical lead, chief architect, and executive overseeing large-scale IT initiatives. Her expertise in enterprise architecture and innovative solutions has been instrumental in transforming operations at various government agencies.
As the founder & CEO, Srividya provides strategic vision and guidance at Prudentsoft. She has a deep understanding of the federal sector, that allows her to drive innovation and deliver measurable results.
Srividya holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Madras, India.
Srikanth Venkatesan – Chief Operating Officer
Srikanth is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of management consulting and industry experience, providing strategic vision, leadership, and management expertise within the federal sector. Recognized as a sought-after expert in Program Management, IT Governance, and innovative solutions, he brings a results-driven approach to complex challenges.
As the COO, Srikanth oversees strategy, growth, and quality assurance. Prior to joining Prudentsoft in 2015, he held management consulting roles at Deloitte and BearingPoint/KPMG, where he honed his expertise in business transformation and operational excellence.
Srikanth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New Orleans. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
